Shear Enlightenment Policies

• Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a charge equal to 100% of the booked appointment
• We allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals; following the grace period, we may not be able to accommodate the appointment, and the client remains liable for the time held for the service(s) booked.
• All service adjustments must be performed within 1 week of initial appointment or additional charges may be applied.
• Please, no unattended children.
